★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad building with old heaters and it’s very cold during winter. We pay an average 200% electricity over other apartments we lived around for the same rent...even with that, our apartment is still cooler due to old class windows and building structure...don’t be fooled by the renovated reception ...waiting for the contract to end before I could move out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building heating system and the windows need to be changed and updated: The widows are all single pane, and the heating elements are old which cost a lot of hydro and are placed right underneath the windows. Most of the heat goes straight outside. My hydro bill was shockingly high during winter (~300/month) and I lived in colder parts of Canada in apartments with big windows and never paid this much (mostly ~ 70/month). Similarly, it is just may and already the temperature indoors often gets to 25 from the sun through the big windows. I'm going to need air conditioning soon.
