We recently returned from the Mughals and Maharajas tour with Explore India and would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to experience India. This tour provider is very organized and efficient and customer care is a priority. Before our trip, any questions that we emailed to Nazir were answered promptly by phone in a warm, friendly manner. Clients are made to feel like family. The Vancouver office keeps close contact with its staff in India, for example there was a glitch with hotel reservation on the last day of our trip that was promptly rectified by Nazir's staff in New Delhi. We planned this trip for last year but had to revise it due to unforeseen circumstances.Thanks to the efforts of both Nazir and Mandira to accommodate our changes, they assembled a package which made our trip to India and Nepal thoroughly enjoyable. Nazir's suggestion of finishing our trip in Nagarkot, a village in the hills on the rim of the Kathmandu valley, was especially appreciated, we viewed the sunrise over the Himalayas from our private balcony! Our India guide, Mr. Mustafa Shah, made our visit to Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore(and YES we did see a tiger!) and Jaipur a very relaxed and pleasant experience. He included our entire tour group to partake in a very colourful Holi celebration, something we'll never forget! Our private tour in Kathmandu was great! Our Kathmandu native guide, Deepak, was very welcoming and we enjoyed our time learning about Nepal, past and present. One of the highlights for us was taking the Mountain Flight on Buddha Air to view Mt Everest shortly after sunrise. Our return flight from Kathmandu to Delhi was delayed yet Deezam was there to pick us up and got us back in time for our international flight home later that night. Everyone we met, associated with Explore India, was professional and very courteous. There is so much yet to see in India!

We are a group of 8 seasoned travellers made up of friends and family that wanted to use a tour operator to help us plan a 2 week trip to India and do it the way we wanted to. We booked through the Vancouver office on the recommendation of a friend and former client who spoke very highly of Explore India. They were receptive to changing their package to accommodate and include our interests and activities and take us to places that we wanted to go. We experienced Diwali celebrations in Varanasi, a beautiful day hike in Mcleod Ganj, Yoga for the challenged (ha) and experienced many cultural and amazing sites throughout. A birthday boy in our group was even presented with a birthday cake on the bus. Nice personal touch. The owner Nazeer was most accommodating and personally greeted us on our arrival and even drove us to a side tour. He promised us a trip of a lifetime and he delivered. Our tour guide Shyaam Singh was beyond exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and connected with our group on a personal level. How great is that. He was proficient in promptly managing any and all issues that arose during our tour and was flexible in adjusting to our groups preferences. Our drivers and other Explore India staff worked very hard to support us on our trip and we thank them for that. The trip was 5 star and all accommodations, meals, and activities met and exceeded our expectations. I was born in India but left when I was a small child. This was my first trip back and I am now retired. It was an amazing experience for me and has filled the wholes in my heart that I did not even know were there. Mr. Shah was our guide and was truly amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief. The story of the night of my bangle search I will never forget and thank Mr. Shah and all his friends who were determined to find the perfect bangle for me at any personal difficulty. I continue to be very proud of my bangle to show off regularly. This gentleman, Mr. Shah, as well as the owner did what ever was necessary to ensure our complete satisfaction. All accommodation and meals were taken care of and were extremely comfortable, welcoming and delicious. If I could suggest one thing I would add Mumbai to the original tour. We did this city as an add on and really enjoyed our time in Mumbai but missed our guide and his conscientious attention to every detail. I would highly recommend this company for this tour. Culturally excellent with safe, convenient hospitality. We arrived early and had the pleasure of a private cooking class with Ms. Gupta which was amazing as well. I have kept in touch with Ms. and she is always responsive and informative. I developed a slight cough on the tour and Mr. Shah found cough drops that resolved my cough with only 2 lozenges. We are also able to purchase at a huge discounted price some of the medications I take regularly which was very appreciated. Truly I cannot say enough about all the positive experiences I had the pleasure of enjoyed. With each day that passes, since our return, I remember with great fondness our time in India.

Thank you to Nazir, Manzoor, Raj, Ravi, Niraj and the many other drivers and people who all worked so hard to make ths dream a reality. We had an amazing 14 days in India and Nepal. We were very fortunate that Nazir suggested we take a direct Air Canada flight from Vancouver. We got to Delhi in just under 14 hours arriving on Thursday which gave us an extra 3 days there before joining the tour group on Sunday. During that time we saw the Lotus temple, the Akshardam Temple, the Lodhi gardens, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi and the Qutub Minar as well as other temples and Mosques. These monuments together with seeing the Jama Mosque and the Chandni Chowk area on Suday were the highlight of our stay in Delhi, and suggest that these be included in all tours of the City. We also especially enjoyed our stay in the Suryaa Hotel, not just because of the wonderfull hospitality there, but also because it is located right in the heart of the local market. This gave us the chance to wander about getting to know how the locals live there without the distraction or the influx of tour buses. We also went to see the Nizamuddin Market and the Nizamuddin Dargah there, and had an awsome dinner at Karim’s on the day of our arrival. We were hoping to take part in the evening devotional music there, but that didn’t seem to work out. Maybe next time! There were many highlights throughtout this tour, not to distract from the Taj Mahal which was more stunning than I could have imagined when it first came into sight. All the accomodation, meals, transportation and the drivers, helpers and guides were all first class. Nepal was another high light, especially our stay in Nagarkot and the drive up there. Nires was a delight to have with us and very informative as was Ravi on our India leg of our journey. The only other suggestion I have here is that we would have liked to have arrived in Nagarkot early enough so that we would have had time to go on a short hike on the famous Panoramic Hiking trail I heard about. Over all I have no complaints and only good memories on our amazing journey in India and Nepal. I tried to write a review on Google, but couldn’t sign in for some reason. What I would say in a short review, or you can post this entire e-mail if you want, are my comments below: This was a personal road trip Manzoor and Nazir would take their families on, Expect to expect the unexpected!You will be sirprized, delighted, amazed and even stunned, but never disapointed. Through out our journey eveything was so well thought out and perfectly executed. Thank you to everyone who worked so had to make this a trip of a lifetime. Our memories will be with us forever. As noted in past reviews, this is a superior company on all accounts. What I would like to comment on, is how very well my situation was managed when I experienced a health emergency requiring immediate medical attention and an expedited return home. Nazir and the company representatives all assisted in my accessing the appropriate medical treatment with necessary travel arrangements being made quickly and professionally. I felt like a Explore India family member. Nazir called my family putting their minds at ease that I was being well taken care of and would soon be coming home. When so far from home, such caring supportive attention is so appreciated and the kindnesses I was shown will remain with me forever. I would not hesitate in making further travel plans with this company as I know if the unexpected happens, I would be well taken care of.

Explore India Journeys ensured we had "bucket list " kind of trip. We visited Dehli,Jaipur,Agra,Varanasi,Udaipur and Amritsar over 20 days. We travelled between cities by air and by car. At each airport we were met promptly by our guide and a driver. Every one of our guides were exceptional, not only did we see the sights but we learned about the rich culture and history of India, Mansour and his team provided very personal service attending to all of our needs. Mansour met us on our first day in Delhi to introduce himself and welcome us to India. We had planned a rest day to start the trip, but Mansour quickly organized a driver, car, and guide for us when we decieded in the morning we wanted to spend the day seeing Delhi. We did the same thing on our last day, Mansour organized a car and driver for us again. Mansour's team looked after every detail for us ,including giving us a local cell phone to stay in touch with the office. We stayed in some awesome Taj hotels including the spectacular Lake Palce in Udaipur. With all the details looked after we were able to focus on enjoying the sigts and sounds of India. We would recomend Mansour and his team at Explore India Journeys highly. A big thanks to our guides, AK,Umesh Parmar,Mohinder Pratap,Raju, BK Jain, and Sarvesh!

Although I had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons, Nazir was very kind in working with me to try to help me with my airline ticket. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have no doubt that he would run an incredible trip and take care of his customers.
