โ โ โ โ โ I was totally disappointed and turned off with my dealing with Paint-A-Car Collision. A third party tapped my car behind and offered to just pay the cost of repair. I went & asked my car dealer Toyota Mississauga and referred me to go to this auto body shop. First of all, Steve who I have dealt with (not sure if he is the owner) charged the credit card of the person who damaged my car and when I called to arrange a schedule when to bring my car, he told me he cannot just take me which I understand but he gave me an appointment 3 weeks after. When I asked why then did he took the payment right away when he cannot accommodate me until after 3 weeks but he replied that's how they work/what they do if its a third party paying. The next thing that is even most disgusting is that when I checked my car's mileage reading after it was repaired, it shows that my car was driven 10 kms. I took a picture of my mileage when I dropped it off (13,212) and checked the reading when I picked it up (13,222) but my mistake is I trusted them and left the registration and COT in the car. They repair cars on site as I have confirmed with Steve via phone call so there is no need for them to drive my car anywhere to get it fixed. I would suggest go somewhere else as you cannot trust this shop totally.

โ โ โ โ โ Sadly, I had to visit Paint-A-Car Collision twice - and neither time my fault. They were affordable, timely and very professional. And I really appreciated how they organized the rental for me - They were great. Recommend them in a minute!

โ โ โ โ โ Paint-A-Car Collision is a fantastic shop. Owner Peter Macdonald is such a pleasure to detail with, because of his extensive knowledge and experience with auto repairs. I had an incident where my glove box handle in my vw golf city broke and without a hesitation took it to Peter. He took a glance at it and said to find a glove box at a scrapyard, because its cheaper and he'd install it. Peter himself took the initiative and installed the part in my car. He's an honest and friendly business owner. Highly recommend this shop for any automobile needs. Thanks Peter

โ โ โ โ โ I took my car to repair the bumper damage after an accident, recommended and suggested by my insurance, and literally two days later it fell off. Peter told me to return to get it fixed, which I did. It fell off again after about two months, and he said to return to get it fixed once again, as the bumper has lifetime warranty - which he promised. The bumper ended up falling off YET again but this time when I went to him to get it fixed, he refused to do so accusing ME of causing new damage to the bumper, even though this has been a repeated problem. Clearly, he did not do the job right the first time or else I wouldn't have needed to go back multiple times.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this location as they are not trustworthy. You will also not get a good enough job done. Unless you are okay with having to constantly go back and forth with them, and them take all your money, then feel free to use them but I would not recommend this mechanic AT ALL.

Steve is fantastic and friendly in dealing with the customers. He explains about repair in detail and clarifies all doubts. Highly recommend this place.
