★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Canadian make high end furniture manufacturer. Quality is much better than Chinese imported your find in most of the GTA stores.
Owner lady and Francis were very helpful is showing various product and got my accents chairs and they are beautiful and great price.
This is not open to public but you can take the appointment for Saturday between 9-12

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Start to finish, Paiano Upholstery was great to deal with. Have bought a sofa set and a sectional from them now and their quality is always top notch. Always available and great customer service. I definitely recommend them to anyone! I'll be back again next time I need another couch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our sofa 19 months ago. So far we have no complaints. It was able to withstand a rigorous move to our new place. It's a well made sofa. We had to get a replacement cushion due to our fault. Although Leon's was very slow in helping us, once we were put in contact with Paiano they were very easy to deal with. I called and talked to Mary who had great customer service. We picked up a new cushion at Paiano the same day we paid for the replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched Paiano because a friend asked for their number - they LOVE my couch. I was disappointed to see the bad reviews as i've had my couch for 9 years and its still in INCREDIBLE condition. I have two small kids who take the cushions off daily, and use it as a trampoline on most days... its still a great couch, and NO-ONE BEATS THEIR COMFORT! Mary is great and I love supporting a Canadian Family Business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2 pc sectional manufactured by Paiano Upholstery through Leon's. 16 months later 2 seams are coming apart. Maufacturer warranty is one year but I purchased it with my M/C which doubles the warranty. They want a copy of the manufacturer's warranty which Leon's couldn't provide for me so they gave me Paiano's number. All they could provide me with is a typed out email stating what the 1 yr warranty covered. There was a lot more in the email about how if my M/C extended the warranty, they have no idea how that could be but it would be an issue to resolve through Leon's, not Paiano. "We are not supposed to deal with the public!" Which may be true, but no apology for a faulty seam & a lot of blame shifting. We'll see how the rest of this goes but next time i buy a $1500 sofa I won't buy if it's manufactured by Paiano. You struck out with me today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the same Danielle sectional from Leons as Vince's review below and its past their pathetic 1yr warranty. Quality is a complete joke. Will never buy another thing from Leon's or anything made by Paiano Upholstery Inc. All the seams are ripping and a zipper broke with having not even touching it once. BUYER BEWARE!!
