Glen and his team are outstanding and the fishing was incredible. The stay was really tidy and comfortable and we already booked back for another adventure with them. 10/10 for these guys!

The owners are extremely accommodating and helpful. We had an issue with our dates and they went to great efforts to help sort things out. Significantly cheaper than staying in Tofino. Clean rooms. Very comfy beds!!

I have booked 2 nights with this motel via booking.com and it was a nightmare even before getting there. Once I booked the room I noticed I made a mistake with the dates of destination and tried to contact them right away and they were inflexible for the refund. Then, I had to work all my trip around that and change everything because They wouldn't refund me (even that they advertise for free cancellation via booking.com)and finally I had no choice but to stay with them...However, 2 days later I noticed that there was an extra charge for one more night and it was very clear in booking.com that I booked for 2 nights with the reservation number... I tried to call them again to speak to a person, they would never pick up the phone, I emailed them and the person was very rude and said that it wasn't their problem if they charged me for an extra 400$...So a total of 1000$ for 2 nights through my credit card. Fortunately, I was able to speak with the customer service through booking.com and finally got a free cancellation but I am still waiting to see the full refund in my credit card. My experience: these people made me sweat even before I arrived to destination!!! I can't image how my experience would be ounce there if I didn't cancel. Very bad motel and overpriced : 709$ for 2 nights. False advertisement for free cancellation, not reachable, arrogant, bad customer service and THEIVES .... If you read my message RUN!!! please avoid to be trapped you will be stressed even before you begin your vacations... interesting! Very fast to answer in google by being rude instead of recognizing your bad management and quick to charging extra money for a non booked room and cancelled for free , but not that fast to give me back my refund I am still waiting for it .I still have a charge of 1000$$$ in my credit card....Not one time to answer your phone and resolve the issue. Just hiding behind your dishonest comments and only good to be rude. Please hurry up to give back my money instead of making me loosing my time, my money and my energy. Until now, I didn't see any refund. Never seen dishonest people like you. Wow! I am impressed you still in business....NB: by the way it was me who didn't want to stay at your place because I couldn't trust you...

Pro: The room was spacious, bed was nice. Wifi was fast Owners were nice and greeted us. Cons: Walls are paper thin, we could hear other guests' normal conversations/TV/snoring. Shampoo was the size of a sugar packet

The room was quite nice for the price. (well stocked, clean, nice ammenenities etc.) The hosts were also really nice people. The only drawback I had with my stay was having someone walk into my room through a one way door while I was still in it. Surely a mistake, but I did find it to be a little offputting. Though I would still recomend the lodge to others looking for a nice place to spend a couple evenings, I think I will stay elsewhere where when I return to Ucluelet.

We had a wonderful stay! We booked last minute and on a whim, but it was everything we needed. The room was cozy but roomy, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and after a long day of surfing, getting in the huge soaker tub was absolutely perfect! We also arrived after hours, but the owner was on site and gave us a very warm welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely place. Had a wonderful experience! Amazing location right in Ucluelet next to the Wild pacific trail. Easy self check-in. Room was huge, spacious, and clean. It even had vaulted ceiling. Clean bathroom. Would definitely come back next time!

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. From beginning to end, Glen and Dianna made sure we were comfortable at their guests house. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The TV has even the Food channel ? ! Not much negative things to say, but that the hosts work very hard in making sure you have a great experience!
