M	Mariana Angulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here 6 months ago and I am really comfortable, I have a one-year-old baby and I love how she sees the snow from the fairly large balcony and the apartment is large she crawls all over the place at ease it is very quiet and clean here johana it's morning yesterday she is an adorable collaborator and is always ready to solve and help with whatever you need thank you very much johana for your great work ??

We moved from another province and Joanna (Building manager) really helped us and made the entire process smooth. She and the maintenance team are really helpful and try everything possible to make you comfortable. We do not have remind them if there is any issue and they usually attend us within a day. The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. The location is also very central and easily accessible by public transport. I also love the well maintained green area in and around the complex. Though a few flowering plants would enhance the beauty :D Also, a suggestion - It would really help if the team could install mesh doors and windows as sometimes I like to them but there is always a risk of unwanted guests (flies etc.) to come. Overall a nice experience till now :)

The apartment manager Joanne has done an incredible job in answering all my queries and taking quick actions to specific needs. She is always there whenever you need any sort of help. I am really happy with the type of service the management provides and the environment.The apartments are really nice from inside and every basic necessity is nearby. Love this place.

I decided to choose Pacific Park Apartments because of such a review like this, where a resident wrote that manager Joanna was doing a great job and helping with all concerns. Joanna is sincere and enthusiastic and goes above and beyond for the residents and makes Pacific Park apartments enjoyable place.

The manager/management Ms. Joana Chua is friendly and personable and always a delight to see. She is very patient and kind and is always helpful when we have inquiries. Having good management in any shared living establishments makes life easier. If we have any issues she gives it the necessary attention. The condition of the apartments are kept very well and she is on top of any misconduct on the property. In short the management does what their supposed and beyond. With regards Natnael

The building is at perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The place is near to bus stop and No frills store. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The space of apartments is huge. The building is in good location, easy to get around with public transportation, about 10 minutes to Skytrain Surrey centre, and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Also, I would like to thank Joanna, who is the manager in Pacific Park Apartments. Whenever I had questions or need help she did her best. The service is quick. She is always super polite and communicative, always gives the best service to tenants. I really appreciate Joanna's hard work.
