I would not rent from here. It is not just me, but other good renters here also (seniors) especially who agree with what I will say here. So This place is a dump, 820 dollars a month and rises every year, for these slums that are old and rotting in some places, disgusting water pipes so slow to give cloudy smelly water, often cloudy brown to grey, bugs and spider infestations everywhere, and beetles crawling in and out of the walls with silverfish, rot inside the walls, falling apart door seals on the patio doors, Drug dealers/ like the one who almost burned down our whole building 3 months ago, and the dealers who park their nice nice RV in the parking stalls meant for extra cars or trailers, but these dealers don't pay rent nd park all their nice toys wherever they see fit. We park our trailer in the spots provided, and now the company sends us a letter telling us to move it or else!! when they get paid 10 dollars extra on top of our rent, now they complain about it? I guess the company prefers bitching and whining drug dealers over quiet and good peaceful tenents. That is the Company here for you. The only good thing is the land lords who work for the company, they are down to earth people who take orders from rich and corrupt slum lords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 6 years I've been a tenant at Garrison Place Apartments and I love living here. The location is great! It's perfect for anyone who doesn't have a car or can't drive because it is walking distance from anything you need. The buildings have been looked after a lot better then other older apartments I've seen. The new renovations taking place are very beautiful and modern looking. The landlords have just been awesome. They take care of business but also give everyone respect and privacy. They don't get caught up in he said, she said drama that can be common in places with multiple tenants. When there is an issue with tenants they handle it fairly and treat everyone involved with dignity. When there is a maintenance issue they fix it in a timely manner and make sure the job is done right. They have always gone above and beyond to follow the Residential Tenancy Act and have been very accommodating as much as they possibly can. Thanks Pacific Cove Properties, and a special thanks to the management. I appreciate all the things you do here.☺️?
