Technician could not find the problem, tracked mud all through the house even though I offered boot slips, left a valve open and refuses to take ownership for additional water damages. Would not recommend. Did not do a thing and left me with damages more costly to repair than their unsuccessful visit to fix my upstairs heating. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I have used Pacific Coast Heating on a few occasions. My experience this last time was so bad it will be the last time I will ever call them. I called the because our upstairs radiators were not heating. They arrived on time and verified the boiler and all of the heating valves were working correctly and concluded it must be an air bubble in the pipes preventing the hot water from circulating correctly. Next step was to bleed the air out of the system. After bleeding the air Anthony told me the radiators are old and I should consider replacing them next summer. A few days later water started coming through the ceiling of the family room. I went and checked around the upstairs radiators and found the floors dry so I called a plumber to find the source of the leak. It took him less than 10 minutes to find the valve on one of the radiators had not been tightened and water had been constantly leaking and collecting in the space between the upstairs floor and the downstairs ceiling. He simply tightened the valve and the leak stopped. Unfortunately the ceiling downstairs is now damaged with an unsightly stain and a hole where the water came through. I called PCH and was told the technician would call me right back. He didn't. I called again the next day. When I did speak to the technician and explained what had happened he denied any responsibility and became aggressive. His last words before hanging up on me was 'see you in court'. I consider this to be an unacceptable response to a valid complain from a repeat customer. Since PCH were unwilling to even discuss repairing the damage I have had to make a claim on my home insurance. The insurance company requires the repair be done by one of their specialist restoration companies. The insurance company will recover the full amount including my $500 deductible from PCH. So this is going to cost them a lot more to repair than a local handyman would have charged. And they will get no more of my business.

Perfect service, professional approach, friendly and down to earth staff, very competitive price. These are very rarely found now days when you call a service company for anything at your house. I have been using other companies but yesterday for the first time I used Pacific and I will be their customer for years to come. Totally recommend them.

Very disappointed with this company. We always receive flyers from this company advertising a $89 furnace tune up special. We booked them to come in Monday. the techs showed up and informed us of a motor that would need to be replaced at a cost of nearly $1000.(No GST if we paid cash) I requested a written quote which was not sent . As the house is slated for demolition I wanted to see if we could make it through the winter with multiple space heaters, and asked them to wait ordering the parts. Later on we decided to have someone give a second opinion on the furnace. When he came he noticed the furnace had been left opened up. He tested the motor and said it was working fine. He reassembled the furnace which i feel the techs from Pacific Coast left open so we would feel a urgent need to get the repair done. Total mistrust on this company Seniors please be cautious as the flyer displays no GST for seniors.

Pacific coast Heating technicians were great when they came to replace our furnace. They were on time, courteous and certainly knew what are they doing. During the installation they were able to answer all my questions. After they finished the job they cleaned up all installation area. I highly recommend this company and will gladly give them my business in future.

Highly recommend Pacific Coast Heating. We had a new heating system installed by them as well as air conditioning. Anthony and Joe provided top notch service. Excellent service and response time and professionalism. Special Kudos to Juwan and Johnathan My Furnace was cycling continuously, so I called Pacific Coast Heating and the people were at my place in 30 min to check the furnace. This is first time in Canada I have seen this type of quick service. They check the system and recommend me to replace my 18 year old furnace system. They thoroughly guide me the rebate program and different type of furnace for my house. The Technician take out the whole furnace in an hour and placed a new one very next morning in 3 hours with a quality job. Excellent Job done!!!!!!
