I have used Pacific Cabs Services first time and would not hesitate to use and recommend them to others.The driver was helpful and convivial. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. outstanding.!!!

I was cautuous because I've had an issue with another cab company in Surrey, but to my suprise everything was excellent. I booked in advance for a ride to a medical test and the driver picked me up on time and got me there expeditiously. On the way home I was able to get a cab within a few minutes using the book now feature on their app. Both drivers were polite with clean cars and took debit and credit. Both drivers also got me to my destination safely and quickly and were great. I can't remember the first drivers name but the second one was listed as Malik in the app Overall I was very impressed and will use this company in the future.

very professional and polite. Owner was able to arrange multiple mini vans with child car seat within 30 minutes in very short period of time. Make sure you book the taxi in advance to avoid the wait time if you require child car seat. This is to avoid the wait time.

I hope you can track down the gentleman who picked me up at jans on the beach on New Year’s Eve . He made my entire night and was so kind and compassionate. It was a call on New Years eye about 11 pm . I was getting off of work and he was on the phone with another cab driver . They had some confusion but were trying to get a cab to the macs ( circle k) to pick up a homeless gentleman. Something happened and the one cab driver went to the wrong location . Mu cab driver was insanely concerned And spent time to direct the other driver. .I offered to pay the fair of the homeless man and he said oh ma’am that’s very kind but we usually waive that fee . Are you kidding me ? I have not seen compassion like this in a very long time . I have posted this story to many different social media pages and I hope every one uses pacific cabs . Thank you

Showed up quickly and the driver was helpful with the groceries I bought because I'm recovering from major surgery and it really helps just getting the bags in and out of the trunk. So happy it's not like the beginning of the pandemic where the driver wouldn't help with any packages.

If I could do this review and give a negative star rating I would! My 93 year old mother is in a care facility in Surrey and we had booked a wheelchair accessible cab with Pacific Cabs through the care facility several days in advance. The cab was scheduled to arrive at 11am and did not show on time. My family waited with our mother at the care facility and called the cab company at 11:15am to find out when it would be arriving. The Dispatcher said within 5-10 minutes and by 11:30am, they still had not shown up. After multiple calls with their Dispatcher and constantly being told 5-10 minutes arrival time, it was now 12:40pm and still no cab had arrived, 1hr 40mins late! My family opted to get our mother into one of our vehicles, as we needed to get her to a location. Doing this was not an easy task, as she is recovering from major surgery and was the reason why she needed to be in a wheel chair! It compromised her health and comfort, all due to Pacific Cabs not honouring a reservation. We were told by the care facility that the cab finally arrived shortly after 1pm! When my family asked to speak with the Manager, they were told his name was "Bob" and he was unable to take a call. When asked the Manager's last name they again said "Bob". My brother who was speaking with them reiterated that he was just told the Manager's name is "Bob Bob". It was abundantly clear the Dispatcher was jerking my brother around and that they were not letting his complaint go through to the Manager. Our advice is to avoid using this company, as I have read some other reviews that describe similar scenarios of not showing up on time for a reserved cab appointment. Terrible "service" and completely unreliable in our opinion!

We were in Surrey with no vehicle and needed a ride booked in advance. I called ahead & they answered quickly and were friendly on the phone! On short notice our plans changed and I called back to see if we could move our time ahead. Within 5 minutes of calling back our taxi arrived. I'll definitely use Pacific Cabs again the next time I'm in the area!

I booked my Taxi online. Very simple and easy. Quick response back confirming. Got an email in the morning letting me know they were on the way. Driver arrive a couple of minutes early which was great. The gentleman driving my Taxi was terrific. Very welcoming - met me by the back of the car as I had luggage. Asked me which route I would prefer to the airport. We had an excellent conversation on the way which I appreciated. Once I was at the airport and paying he grabbed my luggage and placed it on the walkway for me to just grab it and head into the airport. I am not sure you hear this enough but the overall experience was very professional and you could not ask for a better person to represent your company than the driver I had. I wish I got his name.
