★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a carpet cleaner for Saturday as we were due to move out our house Sunday. Two guys turned up over an hour early and now have not turned back up to the appointment. We've left messages and no one has responded to us and even blocked the guy who made the booking! Very unprofessional and not responsive.
