★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place makes ball caps for Firefighters working at 8 wing Trenton but when I call to get one they won't make one because it's not a big enough order, why is it harder to make one instead of 6 I don't know and guy on the phone wouldn't budge. Very disappointed. Nice support for the troops.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get a couple tshirts printed for my son. Called several months ago and was told to send email of what I wanted. I did, and received confirmation that it could be done but no follow up.
Called again a few months later and was told to send another email with what I wanted so I did and this time I have received no response at all.
Customer service on the phone from both people I spoke to was unfriendly and unenthused, like they didn't want to be bothered with me.
