Travis Ozerkevich is a Registered Home Inspector as well as a Certified Professional Inspector, having obtained training through over 400 hours of study with Colleges Ontario through Confederation College, in addition to countless hours of hands-on practical training and continued education. Travis has experience in inspecting all types of homes and treats all homes with the same level of professional service. Whether you are purchasing a small starter home, or the spacious home of your dreams, you can trust that your inspection will be completed throughly and professionally.
Travis is a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, as well as a sponsor member of the Thunder Bay Real Estate Board. These associations require members to adhere to a high standard of professional education, training and code of ethics. All inspections are conducted in accordance with OAHI Standards of Practice.

spending a minimum 2 - 3 hours in the home. Upon completion of your inspection, I spend an
equal amount of time creating a comprehensive report (not a check-list) that will be provided to you in a
digital format* (pdf) within 48 hours."

His inspection included aspects that I hadn’t thought it would, such as tips to improve drainage around the house to prevent water from seeping into the house. In his oral report he explained his observations to us in layman’s terms and answered our questions thoroughly, making sure we understood the issues. His written inspection report included photos so that we could see the issues he couldn’t point out to us at the house, such as the roof, the attic and the crawl space. We will use those photos when approaching businesses to help us repair them.
I feel confident in the purchase of our new-to-us home after Travis’ inspection. Buying an older home can be a risk, so knowing what needs doing puts our minds at ease. I will use Oz Home Inspections Inc. again if I ever purchase another home, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much, Travis, for putting our minds at ease.
