Instructors are great. Negative** is allowing too many people into evening classes feels like a sardine can. Reducing class numbers would help or a bigger studio.

The instructors and staff are so great! The studio is very small and always cramped with too many bodies. There is no lobby and only 15 mins between class so you are always rushing into and out of the studio. This is definitely yoga without the frills.

All of of the teachers are wonderful and the staff in the front. The teachers all keep the students motivated and help with suggestions for different poses if the one the rest of the class is doing is not good for the student. I know that strict rules about cancelling classes is good for keeping things far between students but when your on a waitlist and do not reply yes or no it is assumed that you are enrolled and will get charged the fee even if you did not see the email or text message which is annoying. Also, during some classes there are a storage of yoga blocks because two are needed per person so some people cannot do everything during that time when two blocks are needed. Other than that the studio is clean and neat and the classes are enjoyable!

All the Instructors are doing a wonderful job helping us exercise properly. You can feel the benefit of the classes as you exercise your whole body and mind at the same time. Your body may feel uncomfortable in the first sessions as you exercise muscles that received no attention in the past. Make sure that you have a light snack before the 1st morning session and a glass of water to be ready for the session. Going on an empty stomach is not smart as you may feel dizzy if you are not used to it. Having a water bottle with you is also a must as you will sweat a lot. The main benefit of the classes is that you are developing daily a World Class Immune System and you have more energy along with a positive feeling of wellness. Overall the Instructors(Christine, Monica and the rest of the team) are doing an Amazing Job!!!

Just called in to inquire about trying this studio out and the women on the phone was so rude. She was eating while talking to me and not really interested in talking to me. I got the vibe that she could care less if I came here or not. She just kept saying to download the app, that's great and all but I wanted to ask some questions first. Definitely discouraged me from trying this place out. My sister and mom said the instructors are great but the women at reception is very rude. You should work on your customer service more, you just lost a new customer.

Just getting back in to the studio after taking a 2 year break during Covid-19. I took a deep stretch and relaxation class with Sarah and she was instantly reminded why I love it so much, she was absolutely amazing! She provided the class with a beautiful energy, I felt incredibly refreshed and relaxed after the class - she offered some great wisdom about the body, spirituality and energy through out the class. I will certainly be coming back whenever she is teaching!
