She really cares about her clients and wants them to improve on every visit. She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent eye for detail ensuring each movement is done correctly. Pilates is my favourite exercise to maintain and improve my flexibility, balance, strength and overall health. Jamilah pays attention to proper alignment of my body during exercise and ensures I am maximizing the various positions on the reformer and other equipment in her studio. I highly recommend you work with her if you are serious about the health of your muscles, joints, fascia, and the related benefits to your mental and emotional health. After working with the Jamilah I can confidently say that my body is stronger and I feel better than ever. Jamilah is very attentive and cares a lot about her clients in an individualistic way.
