Coming to classes here is often the highlight of my day.It's amazing being surrounded by awesome people, great music and the owner Ulyana is so caring and kind? I'm so grateful this gem is in my neighborhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been wanting to purchase a package for weeks however can’t get into any classe as they’re either full or waitlisted . I called a few times but no one ever picks up the phone . Went into the studio waited 20 minutes to speak to someone but had to finally leave. I was pretty keen to try it as it’s super close to me and I wanted to speak to someone about best way to get into a class but it’s not the easiest business to give your money to. It’s great that you’re busy, but clearly you’re not scaling well and leaving people quite annoyed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new member since January and I have to book my classes one week in advance, because studio is busy. But, I always take it as a good sign that classes booked in advance and are always full. That’s how great this place is!! Great motivating instructors. Amazing workout every time. Great energy and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of Money, lot of stress to book for classes, charge extra money.
I Bought 1 month membership pass for $156 but their schedule is always full.Most of the time I am waitlisted and notified it I’ve made it into the class with a very short notice. By then it’s too late to drop out and they charged me $10 for late cancellation because you have to notify them 4 hours ago. Moreover, they also charge me $20 twice for not showing up for class as their app is not working and I tried them to notify them by calling over the phone but they didn’t response to my calls for 2 days.
Therefore, they charged me $50 extra on top of the monthly membership.
People do yoga to release the stress but they actually harass you with their so called policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classes are great but customer service is terrible.. Be careful when purchasing as staff do t give you all the information so you may end up paying for more than you were expecting. Manager was rude znd talked over me when trying to resolve the issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Oxygen yoga Cloverdale as I go there 3-4 times a week. Their instructors were all very professional and energetic as they do what we are doing and counting the numbers for us. I like the instructors, Kim, Kimberley, Crysta, and Paige. I always learn about my physical strengths when doing those challenging activities with great music and songs. I am happy that I changed to this location from another yoga space. I believe I have gained a lot of muscles and physical strengths since I started two years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the workout classes and the deep stretch class. I had an issue with online booking but the manager Ulyana phoned me and helped. Jasmine at front desk is very kind. I feel Oxygen yoga Cloverdale will do everything in their power to help you. 10/10 recommend.
