S	Shannon Maloney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bootcamps meet yoga meet heat ??? these classes are super challenging and fast paced. They use infrared heat so it’s not as hot as a traditional hot yoga class but rather heats you inside out (like you’ve gone for a long run). I’d highly recommend to anyone who loves pilates, yoga, barre or boot camp! The waiting area is quite small but unless you arrive really early, you just head straight into the classroom where there are cubby’s for your things. Lastly, they have a huge variety of classes and throughout the day which is a huge plus!

K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this studio with a promotion for a week of free classes. The staff were nice and the studio was clean. They opened this summer so I think they’re still working out some smaller issues. I went to a class where there was 15mins between classes. This meant people were lined up in the reception area waiting to get into the studio. The reception is really small for the amount of people waiting. I’d recommend spacing out the classes more but I understand their need to maximize the amount of classes. A lot of the classes are fast paced, almost like a boot camp. One part I really didn’t like was the lack of check ins by the instructors. No one came by in any of my classes to check form. A lot of people were new in the classes and didn’t know knee alignment, whether to do pelvic tilts, arch backs, etc. Maybe it’s because I’m used to a yoga only studio, instructors are very keen to promote injury prevention. There’s no lockers so don’t bring a lot of belongings. There are cubbies inside the studio but they aren’t secured with a lock. There isn’t room to hang coats, people leave them in the cubbies. In the two barre classes I took a few people didn’t have a enough props. There’s one small change room so arrive ready for class as you May have to wait to change.

I absolutely love working out in the infrared heat, and the instructors are truly exceptional at what they do. The studio is clean, welcoming, and in a great location. Oxygen is a great spot to check out.

They offered the best yoga and fitness classes and showed the best attitude to its costumers. If you're looking to get fit and rewind, this is the place to be. Looking forward to get back into their studio in July!

I love working out in the infrared heat, and all the different types of classes to choose from. I would definitely recommend taking both the yoga and fitness classes!
