A young rude staff member Emily asked my sister to make her 2yo toddler stop his squeals and screams (out of happiness, not a tantrum) because it was disturbing other shoppers. She was so rude and when I asked her name, she stomped off.
So my advice is don't take a baby or child who might make any noise at all or you'll be asked to muzzle them.

I went in prepared to purchase stuff to decorate my new bathroom.
Instead the items in their flyer was not available several shelves were empty and the usual bath towels were more expensive and the towels on sale were cheap and rough texture.
It was very disappointing as in the past they had great sales which I looked forward to each year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store, ok selection but it can be a bit odd at times, you can tell what the purchasers for a deal on and it just kind of hangs around. But for staple items it's pretty good. However check things like towels and other open stock for irregularities and damage - seconds are usually marked as such but it's not always clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices and sales!! Can redecorate a room very reasonable. Will definitely be back. I was in the store about a week ago, trying to shop, when there were a couple of children running through the store , parents were on the other side of the store and not attending to their children. I was wishing that someone would say something or the parents of the children would gather them up and put them in the stroller that they had with them. it is frustrating to shop when there are children carrying on and the parents are not attending to their children. hmmm...I am wondering if the folks that wrote the reviews regarding that they would have to muzzle their children are actually telling the truth. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff that work there. It must be difficult to please everyone! Hats off to the young lady that asked the parents to ask their children to stop running around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting St. Jacobs Outlet from the Maritimes, we stopped in Oxford Mills. We found a set of sheets for our King size bed, only to see when we opened the package back home that the clearly stated “KING” were intact a queen top & bottom sheet, and King pillow cases. We spent 100$ on sheets we cannot use and cannot return. Extremely dissatisfied and angry.
