★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had this review been placed two years ago with the other barber/shop owner it would have been glowing; but unfortunately those days are long gone.
Due to the convenience of the location I've tried to visit for a cut or trim at least three times in the last six months hoping that the last time I was there was just a bad day for a business dealing with fluctuating pandemic restrictions, but unfortunately they've proven themselves consistently terrible.
Had the costumer service been even passable, this place may be worth another star but I had to walk out in the middle of a cut because its become evident that costumer experience has become an afterthought.
Prepare yourself to be met with either indifference or annoyance, subpar cleanliness and a shamefully choppy cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lina does excellent work. She was friendly, professional, and showed a lot of care in cutting and styling my hair. I would recommend Oxford Barber and Lina specifically. The location is convenient, prices are very fair, and services are excellent. I will definitely be back for my next cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lina is an amazing hair stylist who has cut my hair to perfection everytime I've seen her. She sets the bar very high and is diligent and skilled in her practise. I would recommend her to anyone in New West looking for a great haircut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horvi is a great barber always cuts your hair the way you want it done, I think he’s there 7 days a week.They also renovated and looks way better then the bright lime green that used to be on the walls. $20 is reasonable for a detailed cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. I'm trying to grow my hair out on the top and I told her that, I showed a picture how I want my hair to look like. She told me no problem. #1 Didn't get want I wanted she just made her own version of the photo.
#2 She trimmed the top on the right side by accident
#3 the sides are not even
#4 told her if she can blend the sides a little better. Told me Noooo you look good you should have took a before and after picture you look handsome.
if you are not able to copy a hair style from a photo than tell your customers that. and I will respect you for telling me that. I won't get upset or give you a bad review for telling me that. That's a 3 months mistake of growing my hair back and that's the reason I'm giving you a 1 star. Not coming back...
