I couldn't be happier with their services. I got Daniel team the first time and requested them for my second move. They were extremely professional and efficient. Customer service was also extremely efficient and helpful. All around I've been extremely happy with this company.

My furniture was wrapped better than a bday gift and I didn’t have to ask them to do it! No games, added charges the day of. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work, professionalism, great attitudes in spite of all my boxes! They load it and deliver . You won’t be disappointed. Absolutely the best I’ve ever used.

Frank and Gabit called prior to arriving in the scheduled time. They were very careful with my things and communicated throughout to ensure everything was smooth, and as I needed. The facilitator of the new building I moved into even said she LOVES it when she sees movers being so careful. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend Ottawa Pro Movers.

They told me exactly what time they would arrive and help me move, and they arrived on time. They swiftly and professionally moved my stuff, and nothing was broken or damaged. They made moving much easier. The movers were professional and worked hard to get my large pieces of furniture up the steps. They carefully organized my stuff and helped me pack boxes and put them into the right rooms. They even offered to stay and help me unpack my personal things. I would recommend this company to anyone moving into the city.

Awesome communication from initial booking all the way to moving day- estimated arrival time was 8:30am and they pulled up right on the dot. About 3 guys jumped out of the truck and got right to work. They wrapped up the couches, entertainment center and even went as far as taking our bed apart for us (and putting it back together at our new house!) I can’t say how impressed me and my husband were with this company today, they made our move super easy, took literally anything and everything we needed to be moved. They were done with the entire job within 8 hours. I know a lot of people don’t have good experiences with movers but this company is the REAL DEAL! You will not regret booking with them for your move- great pricing as well! We also had some good laughs with the crew, they are all such hard workers! Thank you guys again for making our moving experience stress free! Will highly recommend to everyone!

For me, the thing that was the most enjoyable was their attitude. They were so chipper and positive. I gave them very complex instructions of what goes where and they did not mind. And if I changed my mind or made a mistake, they did moved the object, no matter how big, with a laugh or a smile. This made the whole experience comfortable. They worked hard into the evening until they got the job done as promised. I highly recommend them.

Dan and Paul arrived exactly on time with a call 30 minutes before letting me know they are on the way. They had all the sufficient supplies and immediately got to work. The Owner is easy to deal with and is understanding, even when let’s say an additional truck is needed on short notice. The men themselves that come out are very capable, and make they sure your belongings are safe and loaded efficiently. These gents have disassembled and reassembled beds etc, and they pay attention to detail. Some additional information on the guys we’ve dealt with, they are professional and yet very approachable. We have a great deal of respect for these guys, they work very hard and yet continue to have a sense of humor as they work. We consider these guys family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Ottawa Pro Movers in the future. Great job guys!
