He provided us with step by step communication through out the process and searched out the best rates from his portfolio of providers. This whole process of securing our new mortgage was made easy and stress free by him and we always felt he had our best interests and costs at the forefront. Although we had never met, we felt like we had known him for years as he has a very personable and pleasant demeanour and expressed a sincere interest in our needs and this big transition for us. β β β β β 3 years ago I put a deposit on a condo that was still under construction. I was looking for a reputable mortgage broker who could guide me through the process and provide a seamless experience transitioning from renter to condo owner.
When most brokers would wait until a few months out of my closing date. Steve, worked with me tirelessly for 3 years answering questions, providing multiple rate options and giving his overall advice from his years of experience.
When my closing date was provided to me 6 months out I advised Steve and he got me an approval and the best rate possible before the end of the day.
I would recommend Steve to anyone who values a broker who is always available to his clients and will work to provide an easy straight forward process for any mortgage needs.

Steven was professional the entire time and answered all of your question very quickly. Even on a family vacation Steven took the time to contact us and put our minds at ease when needed.
He found us by far the lowest mortgage rate, and helped us set up a payment schedule which suited our needs!
