As their office is closed since the pandemic and service is only through the phone, I called the office today and asked them that I want to change my paid parking spot to another location since my current spot is located next to a driveway and garbage trucks were about to hit my car the previous morning. I asked a layout of the parking area so that I choose the available spots from and guess what their reply was "go around and see any available spot that you like to have and call us back". However, How come is it possible for someone to know which spots are occupied and which are not, unless I stay in the parking area and go for counting of vehicles that are parked and stay there day and night to study which parkings are going to be occupied or not . FUNNY right??? They gave a job of a traffic count analyst while they could have provided a simple layout of any available parking spots. That is either poor service or the person I talk to didn't want to provide the service I have hoped for due to my accent, may be due to what they call it a systematic R...isim. Time of call was Dec 13th, 2021, 10:25 AM local time. Bravo OCH. You are a model to our community ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had better living arrangements since I lived here and the Staff were very courteous and polite and very concerned about the well being of the tenants. To iron out the glitches about the people who complain you will never satisfy that complainer because they are never satisfied and i just walk away from these constant complainers and one day they will complain about you like they do me and I am innocent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give Ottawa Housing less than a star, I have heard so many stories about the misstreatment of the people in our community. I have even heard about the staff using racist remarks. There is a hole in my ceiling and my water smells, and it has been left alone for a month. Do ? Your ? Job ?.
