★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an Ossur Cold Rush System with Hip Pad on November 11/16 Plugged it in recently and the pad is leaking (not even 5 months old) This pad costs $95.00 to replace. Company that sold it to us said to contact Ossur as they supposedly stand behind their products - but no deal. Ossur basically says we are SOL - $95.00 pad only good for 30 days!! Now at home after surgery with no cooling pad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Purchased an Ossur cold rush system five weeks ago. I am working on my third knee pad. Apparently the knee pad only lasts for one treatment. Burnaby Physio and Masectomy clinic where I purchased the unit were very good and have replaced two of the kneepads for me. Now that I am past the 30 days and working on my third kneepad I will probably have to buy a replacement. This is built in redundancy and I can think of 100 ways to make this new pad a better product.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.
