S	Sia R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you care about your well being or a loved one. He said my dad might have had a heart attack and told him to take asprin 81mg and that's about it. No further testing or a reason why this might have happened. Prevention is key in situations like this and this guy wouldn't know how to even spell the word.
S	Sonia Saund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Milan Gupta is a very rude doctor. Plain and simple. He talks down to his patients and anyone accompanying them. Not sure where his manners went but hopefully one day someone will give him a refresher.

No waiting, no fuss and I don't know why this place has bad reviews. Must be the other doctors?
M	Milly L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't experienced anything like this before. I have been trying to make a simple appointment for my grandfather that is over the age 80. We are worried about him as he has gone through a bypass surgery and has a major heart condition. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get a hold of someone at this office just to make a simple appointment left more then 5 voicemails and called every single day since. No one has been returning a single call nor did someone even try to reach us or contact us back. Unfortunately, my grandpa also has a hearing problem so I have to take care of all his appointments. But I can't imagine what they do when an elderly patient is trying to make a simple appointment to check if everything is ok with their heart. I normally do not leave any reviews and I am very patient but this has been so ridiculous. I understand doctors offices are normally busy but not to give a call back after 2 weeks? (and remind you I have called every single day - and this is DURING OFFICE HOURS too not even after 4:30). I had tried to call in the morning, afternoon and before closing hours. I recommend anyone to try somewhere else because this is just going to be a huge hassle. If there was an option to rate this doctors office worse then a 1 star will do that too. Don't really know if they they care about there patients. I wouldn't be as annoyed if I left one message because sometimes that can be missed. But how can 5 voicemails be missed? Hopefully who ever is in charge of this office will get to either return our call and improve on the service.

We were there and my husband was all hooked up to ekg and the elastic on his arm ready for the iv needle. When surprising enough they cause I mean 3 people could not find anything. To top it all off the ignorance that the two men had to talk in a different language in which one we did not understand. I took such an offense. Now we are waiting the second time so far more then 40 mins to get into our appointment which was scheduled for 830am. And the receptionist said well we fit you in. My response because your office screwed up. Ughhhhhhh the nerve.

I made all my arrangements to get my tests done but everything disturbed by the staff. very upset with this kind of behavior, not good professionals.

I had a virtual consult where he stated that his role was simply to communicate his interpretation of the test results, and was unwilling to answer any of my questions regarding my results or other cardiac tests/procedures, and subsequently became defensive and unsympathetic. In a time where health care has switched markedly toward virtual care, it is the responsibility of health care providers to take the time to ensure their patients’ questions are answered, and to provide reassurance and guidance during this difficult pandemic. I will not return to this office, and in order to avoid another OHIP billing benefiting Dr. Gupta on his self-serving terms, I would not recommend this Cardiologist.

After he explained, I asked one question and he was like I just explained Mister, and did not bother to try rephrasing or helping us to understand his findings. He should be a mechanic not a doctor. He left the room without even letting us know that the appointment was over.
