P	Peter Hay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this location was fabulous. After the issues I experienced at the location I moved out of, the move in was a breath of fresh air. From the beginning to the end the staff here went over and above to accommodate my needs. One gentleman saved me several hundred dollars by adjusting service elevator times (which I neglected to reserve properly) to suit the moving people needs. Moving is very stressful and Riverton Park made the end part of this transition a breeze.

They bring in the right tenants to fit the building. Overall, very satisfied and will be in the building for years to come. Love you guys!

The property is clean and well kept - they clearly care about the overall look and feel of the building, as well as its tenants.

Called every number possible in the building to have a gentleman take my name and phone number. Waited 2 business days for someone to reach out and no one did. I emailed the company to advise them of this mistake as I am understanding that mistakes happen, was told someone would reach out to me and that they were very sorry for this experience and they were hoping they could make it right for me. It’s now five days later and no one has reached out. This is completely unacceptable! I do not understand how a company that has such great reviews can treat potential residents like so.
K	Kevin Partridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained building in a fantastic location. The maintenance staff in particular are friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is also wonderful with convenience stores close by and within walking distance of rapid transit and more shopping.
O	Oli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have lived Riverton Park in Ottawa since August 2019. It is very pleased that I would introduce my experience of Riverton Park in Ottawa as a resident. The unit which we live in now was the first place we visited while we looked for a place to live. As soon as we saw this unit, we decided to live here. At the beginning, we were worried about living without an air-condition, but there wasn’t any problem. The temperature of our unit was pretty good in summer as we could live with only a fan. Managers of Riverton Park are very nice. They always seem to handle any problem and inconvenience immediately, and they notify of announcements quickly. The facilities are maintained to be clean. I’m quite sure this apartment has been under control. Talking about atmosphere of here, there is Ottawa river close to here, so I usually go to walk and jog. I’m also able to see the beautiful sunset through a veranda. It is notable that there is Tunney’s pasture station nearby, so that I can go everywhere by using public transportations.
C	Craig .M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible building management and practices. DO NOT go near 700 st. joseph boul. in Gatineau. It is bug infested and run down. We don't have water again, the emergency lines and contact numbers rarely work. This has been going on for decades. Cockroaches, Tiny red ants, lack of security, lack of water, dirty water, constant mess and smells from animals left to their own devices. We are at our wits end!
A	Axiel BH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New tenant and so far, so happy. Management has been kind, responsive and accomodating. The flat is really good, with amenities and parking. More affordable than expected. I am seeing no downsides: we made the right move. Great for dog owners as we have a great park and walk along the Ontario river.
