★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry but there's a level of unprofessionalism throughout the businesses in Scarborough and this medical office happens to be one of them. The receptionist is truly a rude and discouraging person, after I hung up I immediately started looking for another doctor's office because at this point, I don't trust this office. At the wait times are very very unnecessary but... I'll take my business elsewhere.
