Claudia I, is an amazing customer service person. She always has a solution and if not finds one. She has gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I've only worked with her in the past month, but she has made my recent transition to a new clinic stress free.
Our clinics pride ourselves in providing the best customer service to our clients. So, when I experience great customer service, I feel the need to ensure they are aware as well as their employers. I just wanted to share that Claudia provides that type of service that is very welcoming and pleasant.

When a glitch developed in the shipping to my rural remote location they were transparent with me and worked to find a solution that satisfied us both.
