★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree 100% with the previous review as it’s exactly true. They sold on promises of pool gym and fancy amenities along with geothermal cooling then changed the disclosures sneakily. The developers daughter Jennifer does all the admin work and is rude and terrible, she doesn’t accurately explain or document the paperwork your signing but says it’ll be fixed then when you follow up she conveniently has no records of anything discussed. Very shady company with no morals, never buy from their development as you’ll likely not get what you were promised guaranteed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful buying a property at Oris Developer. They are going to fooled you. When we purchase the condo at Hamilton Village, their Sales Team says it includes Swimming pool, exercise ammenities, etc. Many people bought because of the same promises. Yes there are these ammenities but in the other building which we could not access because they sold it. When we move in the promise is… you can asked other building owner to access but that is pure lies. We can not anymore get in touch of their Sales person in the name of Gloria Andrews. We’ve here for 1 year and nothing happen and strata fees is very high and didn’t even lowered it since we don’t have any ammenities at all. So be careful I suggest not to buy any property with this developer. Very frustrating.
