We’ve been providing Edmonton, Vancouver and Richmond quality plant-based alternatives for over 15 years. Simply put, we’re a vegan and vegetarian convenience and grocery store. We specialize in meat and dairy alternatives but also carry a wide range of plant-based junk food!!
Our team is made up of a rag tag group of fun, food loving, and mostly hilarious folks. We’re also all committed to supporting our local communities through volunteering and donations with a special focus on animals, and our planet.

They carry a range of things from kung pao chicken, vegan jerky, wings (the best vegan wings), a selection of vegan seafood, vegan bacon, lemon grass chicken, TVP, snacks, sauces, noodles and so so much more. Large selection of vegan “meats.”

Kung Pao "chicken", "crab" sticks,"prawns", "fish" sauce. You name it.
Overall reasonable prices. Kind staff.
Parking available in the back or across the street street parking. Strongly recommend.

The lady who works there is very nice and is able to give you ideas of what to make with their products. I definitely recommend checking Orii's out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their vegan meats. Everything is so good. They have a really good vegan bacon it reminds me of turkey bacon, their vegan lemon chicken is great too. They make it so easy to have foods that even my picky eater will eat. I highly recommend. They are small but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selections! Even their snack aisle is a little piece of vegan heaven. I highly recommend the following three items (see pictures):
1) Black Sesame Brown Rice Wafer - if you like wafers and black sesame, I highly recommend this. It comes in packets of twos so perfect for traveling.
2) Vegetarian Orang Moss Floss w/ soybean fiber - my go-to to ingredient to pair with congee or sandwich. You’ve got to try it. Just sprinkle it in your congee or spread it all over your bread. It’s got a good crunchy taste, you might find yourself wanting to eat it with a spoon straight out of the bag!?
3) BBQ Sauce Soybean Slices - I love the beef jerky-like texture, plus it’s got a tinge of spiciness that makes it perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has excellent options for a pretty small sized unit. My personal favourite products are from happy veggie valley. The larger frozen bag option is also quite a steal for how much you get versus the cost.
Some of the pricing for the other vegan options are a little high (for example a $9 jar of butter chicken sauce), but for the most part the prices are fair.
From frozen things to shelf snacks, this store has great vegan or vegetarian options. Surprised more people don't know about it for how many people love the restaurant Padmanadi.
