B	Becky Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing au jus and the French fries are so burnt. Restaurant says call skip and skip says call restaurant. I'm stuck with an inedible 60$ meal. So disappointing because the original joes where I live is amazing for both taste and customer service but it clearly isn't a quality shared accross the franchise. Edit to add - when I called they said they were aware that the fryer was broken and sending out gross fries. Even worse that they're knowing sending out disgusting food and just hoping you won't call and complain about it. Why not just take it off the menu until you can sort your kitchen out? Money over happy customers I guess.
J	Jake Ballance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered wings with a friend and they were way overcooked, dry and mildly seasoned. Probably the worst wings I've had from a restaurant. It wasn't very busy yet our server took a long time to acknowledge us. We made the mistake of ordering a second round of wings cause we thought they would be better, but no they were instead worse the second time around. I would not recommend eating here
B	Beth Machek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but I was shocked that they didn’t have a high chair. Was offered a booster seat with no strap. Um a 7 month old baby can’t sit on that. The person working was kind of taken a back when we asked for a high chair. We have been to many restaurants and pubs and this is the first time I’ve been somewhere that didn’t have a high chair or something else as an option.
D	Doug Muir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always terrific. Our server, Rachael was great and made us feel welcome. We had the crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings and brown rice. My colleague had the Ace Burger. We cleaned our plates. Cant wait to visit again.
P	Prajakta Jagtap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a dinner date with my boyfriend at Original Joe’s today. It was my first time! The service was really amazing, vibe of the restaurant was good too. Fries and snacks were good, drinks were decent,my bf had beef dip which he thought was alright however the grilled cheese (vegetarian option) was not what I expected it to be. It lacked flavour and had weak taste. I was expecting an amazing cheese filled, impossible patty in a delicious sandwich (it was called burger - $21.50). I am not at all upset with my experience in the restaurant, because the servers, bartender and chef did their best. I just hope next time I visit I get to eat a delicious meal. Thank you!

I imagined that I would be served a normal, traditional, SLICED steak sandwich but was instead met with an uncut steak on a piece of bread. I don’t really understand how someone could serve this and call it a steak sandwich, because this was simply a piece of steak on a slice of toast. Once I asked for another slice of bread, I had to wait about 15 minutes for it. For a slice of bread. Keep in mind that I had a time crunch. And they took this long just to bring me a slice of bread. To add a little insult to injury on both sides, the uncut steak was tough as all hell. Coleslaw was Aight considering it was the only thing actually adding flavour to the steak.
A	Andrea Knadle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is walking distance from me and I've been many times. The best thing about this original joes other than the food and staff, is consistency . The staff is always kind and the food is always fantastic. It's the best neighborhood eatery in the area. I know covid has affected many of our favorite places so I ask everyone in the area and thoes who venature out to please support our local favs. Original Joes at tuscany does a great job at take out and delivery so please check out the menu.
L	Liamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time that my family and I went to this place and the truth is that I have eaten better in other places and paying the same for a menu with similar characteristics to the ones we were given here. The food arrived at the table very cold. The Benny eggs are a disaster, I think they have no idea what Benny eggs are, they were hard-boiled eggs with a sauce on top, and I didn't like the attention of the staff at all. The hamburger was good, for this reason I give it 2 stars. Obviously we will not come back here. I want to thank Mr. Douglas Harrison for his apology and his concern. He invited us back to his restaurant to show us that they were capable of making a menu that lived up to what we expected. We decided to go back and give them this opportunity, and really everything has been in perfect condition. Thank you! We will go again. For this reason, I have decided to change the 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Douglas Harrison!
