Service rapide et courtois. I bought a laptop for school, with some accessories and had better service with Alexandre on my second visit. Prompt and courteous service.

I did not have good service. $ 45 to open my PC and test my PSU and the seller gave me bogus info about my GPU to make more sales.

La carte n'était pas en stock au moment de l'achat, mais je l'ai reçue deux jours plus tard! Je crois que j'ai fait affaire avec le propriétaire. Bon service et propriétaire gentil! I bought a graphics card there. With the pandemic, the cost of cards has skyrocketed. I had to pay more unfortunately, but that's the market now! The card was not in stock at the time of purchase, but I received it two days later! I believe I dealt with the owner. Good service and kind owner!

P	Peter Michelsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old PC crashed and was forced to buy a new motherboard which I did here .A couple of days later, I went to pick up my purchase, at which point the owner assured me that most of the old stuff had been duly transferred to the new one and only minor adjustments would be required to complete the process. It took FOUR HOURS/$100.oo for a cyber-technician to finish the installation and there are still some bugs requiring attention. This is the last time that I call on this business which ignores how to run computers or is simply dishonest. ....continuation to the above: a few days later I called this store to explain the issues and Sebastian was quite forthcoming and willing to help. Most of the technical complications were resolved to my satisfaction which is why I am adding these comments to my original one
