★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sent me an email indicating my order was ready, I drove to the store 1 hour from my house only for the store to be closed on my arrival at 2h30pm. There was no notice anywhere that they were closing early. I usually order from Amazon but have been told I should support local businesses. Yup no, back to Amazon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate leaving bad reviews but this store has a universal "we never answer the phone" policy. Highly problematic for people seeking information on repairs or the myriad other things people might call about. No excuse for this, it's terrible customer service. I don't see how a business can treat prospective customers with such indifference. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience buying parts for my first PC. Employees were kind and helpful, respected my budget and did not try and upsell me parts I didnt need. Aside from the price (Kinda just how computer parts are in general) I had a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service had ran around all day looking for a laptop for work . I walked in within ten minutes I had a laptop, great price and just overall wonderful experience. I did not get her name but she was polite and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a sale Canada Computers is currently running, I bought a CPU from this store, and the next day, the CPU dropped an additional $50. Since I had already opened the box to install it in my system, they wouldn't honor their price protection policy for an open item. I can understand that they wouldn't take a return, or would charge a restocking fee for an open item, but I fully intended to keep the CPU, so it should've been easy to accomodate me.
In the last week, my wife and I have spent about $3k in Canada Computers stores, but they've lost 2 clients for life for a matter of $50.
