★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the facilities, especially the tennis courts and the spray park. The team at the reception/office is also extremely friendly and warm, always willing to help and go the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orchards residents clubhouse is a lazy association. Since winter time there are numerous incidents garbage cans are overflowing. Yet they do not plan to do anything about it. Please see attached pictures. These pictures were taken Feb. 23 at various locations within the orchard residents clubhouse responsibility to maintain the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with the staff at the community center. They offered me a room to do my daughter's birthday function and the next day after I submit the form,they called and said there is lot going on the same day and they can't accommodate us!!!! What's the point of showing us the space for the function and asked us to put the request in before it get booked by someone else??!!! Why didn't they say that they cannot handle the situation at first time!! Very bad experience ever!!! Not ORGANIZED AT ALL. POOR MANAGEMENT!! Such a waste of money we are giving every year for nothing!!! They charge everything for the residents too!! So why we are paying 400$ for?? Just for the kids play ground which is every where in the city for free??!!! Such a joke the people who run this!!! I really regret for being a member of this facility.

Further, their clubhouse is a fantastic venue with a selection of amenities that make it a viable option for events of all kinds.
