The gym is awesome trainers are very friendly and communication is really nice. The style of workout and gym equipment is also good. The staff help out with all the things as well.

I love the energy at Orange Theory. I build strength and confidence every class, and I have fun doing it! It’s a full body workout including cardio where I don’t have to deal with the hassle of waiting on equipment or creating my own routine. In one hour I get positive coaching to consistently improve my personal best. All I need to do is show up!

The workouts themselves are pretty good and the facility is clean, but once management has your money, forget about your concerns being addressed. (e.g. they sold me a faulty heart rate monitor and I keep pestering them and they do nothing...)

I like the tracking, big nerd for the stats! Orange Theory shows your real time heart rate monitoring throughout your workout in a very interactive way. The coaches engage you to hit the orange point, not to over work yourself and stay in the red. For me having this sort of tracking helps you plan your workouts better as you see what you are getting out of them. Of course the challenges and base lines are interesting too.

Price of personal training and quality of low/medium cost gym. Do not recommend, your money is better invested somewhere else.

Had alot of fun here. The fitness instructor was very high energy and motivational. I am a pretty active person and I was pouring sweat. Workout was definitely hard but if you're the type that likes to push themselves it is really rewarding. This type of workout is great for building endurance and if you do it 2-3 times a week you'll be the fittest you've ever been in your life but in terms of building muscle, it's probably not the greatest routine. Great cardio though.

OTF is amazing. Fantastic, energetic, youthful, colorful atmosphere. The group class dynamics + peppy coaching is perfect for pushing yourself.I would have never pushed myself as hard if it wasn't for OTF.I am very satisfied with my OTF experience. The only thing is: it's quite expensive.I think it would be nicer to have the same experience at slightly more affordable rates. And at this expensive cost, it might not be sustainable for the long-term. But then, this is a minor complaint. All good things in Life cost money/time/efforts.So I get it. I'm not complaining much. I'm very satisfied & I've spread the word among friends.

The only place that keeps me accountable with their unique format! Spaces are clean, well equipped. Coaches are amazing, they genuinely push you and care about your progress. I also like the idea that everything is measured and so you see how you're doing, which is motivating. Would recommend!
