F	Frank Dos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on these excellent Google reviews, I called their office to make an appointment for the annual vision testing for glasses. The secretary asked me my name,phone number and whether I have a previous file with them. I said no to the last. She then asked for my date of birth which was over 65. She asked me whether I have a valid Quebec Medicare Card:yes.She then went inside for a while, returned and said the the vision exam was covered by the RAMQ, but that I will have pay $ 85 in addition. For what: was told it is to dilate the pupils for examination. I think that they have discovered other ways of depriving seniors of their due exam. I booked with another Opto who said that the vision exam is completely free and there will be no additional charges.Vision testing is all what I wanted.
S	Slah Ben othmane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been wearing contact lenses for 20 years. this place wanted me to take an appointment so i can order contact lenses and also they wanted to charge me between 70 an d 90 dollars for contact lenses fitting which is nothing . i thought they were joking. so i went to costco and i got a trial pair on the spot and ordered some .. no appointment no charge no life complication.

She was very pleasant and has a lot of patience. Thank you Celeste. Counter staff always smiles when you come in. It is nice to walk in there. peter carpentier

The service was excellent from start to finish. The eye exam was very thorough and Dr.Bennett explained everything very clearly. I definitely recommend this team!
D	David Desjardins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly, in person, however the customer service/ communication is horrible. I've been a client of Dr Cormier for 10 years. Unfortunately he's now associated with this place. (My beef isn't with him as a professional) I was told on my last visit, two weeks for my glasses to come in. Two weeks later I call, and they're back ordered 4-6 weeks. (Apparently the frames were warped. They wern't when I tried them on) It would have been nice to know. How about a phone call. We agree to order a different color. Call today, still no news. Covid was used as an excuse. After 2 years COVID is no longer a valid excuse for poor customer service. My wife's glasses arrived inside a week, So NO, your lab is not backed up due to COVID. I support local where I can, but this is the last time I'll use these folks. They don't care enough to keep clients updated on issues or delays, and only leave messages in french. Ontario is BILINGUAL. Bottom line, don't make promises you can't keep, and for the sake of your business, have the respect for your clients to at lest let them know if there is problems with their order.

I have been here for routine check-ups twice now and both times there is very little wait time and the examination is quick and painless. Dr Bennett is thorough at answering questions and provides clear information on examination results. They have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses on site (prescription and non-prescription), and sales staff are receptive and make great recommendations based on outlined preferences. My husband bought a pair of sunglasses here after being given several options based on what he was looking for, and absolutely loves his new protective eyewear. Absolutely recommend this location for all your optometry needs.
