L'opticien ne a été tres affable, attentionnée et compétente et l'examen de la vue a été tres professionnel et précis. J'ai trouvé qu'il y avait un vaste choix de monture à un prix très compétitif. J'ai donc acheté ma paire de lunettes là. Je vous recommande cet endroit. I was very well received by a very smiling secretary. The optician was very gracious, caring and competent and the eye exam was very professional and accurate. I found there was a huge selection of frames at a very competitive price. So I bought my pair of glasses there. I recommend this place to you.

Toutefois, la secrétaire ne semblait pas de bonne humeur et ne me laissait pas placer un mot pratiquement. Je lui ai posé une question et son ton de voix sonnait bête. Service à la clientèle à revoir! I visited their website to take an online RV and was called back quickly. However, the secretary did not seem in a good mood and would not let me practically place a word. I asked him a question and his tone of voice sounded silly. Customer service to review!

Les opticiens sont géniales et prennent vraiment le temps de conseiller une monture adaptée à nos goûts et à notre budget. D'habitude, je dois retourner à plusieurs reprises pour faire réajuster mes lunettes, mais pas cette fois-ci. L'équipe est vraiment à l'écoute et on a vraiment l'impression d'être à un endroit où les gens aime ce qu'ils font et ne font pas que se «débarrasser » pour aller plus vite. I had one of the best experiences in 20 years at this visual center. Opticians are great and really take the time to recommend a frame that suits our tastes and budget. Usually I have to go back several times to get my glasses readjusted, but not this time. The team is really listening and you really feel like you're in a place where people love what they're doing and don't just “throw it away” to go faster.

C	Cyber Mentor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Examen complet, qui enfait nest pas complet dutout, les montures sont generalement 100$ plus chere( oui je comprend que vous devez faire un profit aussi.. mais moi je veut payer le moins chere aussi si on ce comprend bien ) que si vous les achetter en ligne au fabricant directement , et un jenleve meme une etoile de plus pour avoir recu des lunette avec les rebord pas poli du tout presque coupant , je suis retourner et la fille ma simplement repondu que cetait normal et que ya rien a faire pour ca , je suis aller voir dans differente endroit et on ma repondu que ces inacceptable de laisser des lunette comme ca , donc pour moi ces terminer malheureusement je vais aller ailleur. Complete review, which in fact is not complete at all, the frames are generally $100 more expensive (yes I understand that you must make a profit too .. but I want to pay the least expensive too if we understand this well) than if you buy online from the manufacturer directly, and I even took off one more star for having received glasses with the edges not polished at all, almost sharp, I went back and the girl simply replied that it was normal and that there is nothing to do about it , I went to see in different places and I was told that it was unacceptable to leave glasses like that, so for me these end unfortunately I will go elsewhere.

I had my Glasses in my Strength within the same Day than the Appointment! Super nice Service and kind workers!
