★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai entendu parlé de l'entreprise à la radio, et j'ai appelé pour prendre un rendez-vous, l'accueil était très froid j'avais l'impression de dérangé... Mon expérience a été la même une fois sur place, aucun service personnalisé on a l'impression d'être un numéro. Je ne recommande surtout pas.
I heard about the company on the radio, and called to make an appointment, the reception was very cold I felt like I was disturbed ... My experience was the same once On site, no personalized service, it feels like a number. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été déçu à plusieurs reprise de leur service , problème de rendez vous meme que une journée j'était supposer être scheduler mais il avais oublier de me dire que mon rendez vous avait été décalé ( mon offert un services de relaxation pour compenser mais quand même ). Problème au niveau du paiement également ( perdu mes chèques que j'avais fait en avance qui a fallu j'annule pour toutes les refaires ) et j'ai perdu une de mes gratuité parce que je n'ai plus allez dans le délai demandé puisque mon père avait un cancer et que j'ai pas eu le temps ... très déçu et je recommande pas mais ma technicienne qui ne gère pas sa elle a été très bonne aucun commentaire à faire sur le service quelle ma offert , elle a su me mettre a l'aise et me rassurer :)
I was disappointed on several occasions with their service, problem of meeting you that a day I was supposed to be scheduler but he had forgotten to tell me that my appointment had been shifted (my offered a relaxation services to compensate but still). Problem with the payment also (lost my checks which I had done in advance which I had to cancel for all the redo) and I lost one of my gratuity because I did not go any more within the requested deadline since my dad had cancer and I did not have time ... very disappointed and I do not recommend but my technician who does not manage her she was very good no comment to make on the service what my offered, she knew put me at ease and reassure me :)

I had two facials and it's really relaxing. I have never had my face so clean! The team is welcoming and warm. It shows that they like to work together.

Traitement royal et conviviale. psychologiquement beaucoup plus satisfesant que chez ma psy...hihi...Ambiance et atmosphère classy.. Compassion et compréhension au rendez-vous, Un truc de oufff cet endroit!! Lol
Heaven on earth is here!!!. Everyone is super nice, the beauticians are real pros, the receptionists are downright angels!! Royal and friendly treatment. psychologically much more satisfying than at my shrink...hihi...Classy atmosphere and atmosphere.. Compassion and understanding at the rendezvous, Something oufff this place!! lol
