He also answered my queations with great reluctance. I wanted to leave, but already paid for eye exam. I hope it was just his bad day, otherwise I really wouldn't recommend it.

Found out my first day with new glasses they were seriously attracted to the MRI scanner I work with. The staff went out of their way to help me out. Above what was expected. I have not had a negative experience with any of the staff, they are all wonderful. A great establishment that has earned my family’s loyal business.
S	Sandy Batista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional! I made an appointment for myself, my husband and my daughter. I was running late and gave them a courtesy call to let them know. I rushed through traffic to get there, when I got there they didn't seem too happy for whatever reason. First question, was what insurance do you have? I told them Manulife and the ever so friendly manager, with a long face told me that Manulife had changed their policy, we no longer were free to choose which optical to use. They had a list of optical's we could use. I found that weird as, we were not notified by Manulife. Since, that was the case I chose not use them, if could not use my benefits. I went home ready to blast Manulife, only to be told no such thing exists. We are free to use any optical of choice. I called Optical Visions and she proceeded to tell me she did not understand! I advised her that Manulife themselves said if this was the case they would have notified their clients. She just played it off as "I don't know then". If they only want to deal with Union benefits, cause that's were the big money is, that's fine! but don't waste people's time. She knew the appointments she had for the day, why did they not call people prior! When they were just starting out in the community they were going out of their way for business! but now new location more clients they don't care!

He is very unprofessional and rude as soon I explained to him what happened to me, the reasons of my actual vision problems he said no I can't see you. He didn't even check me and kicked me out of his office but before he took cash from his pocket and gave me back the money that I paid for the consult and made me sign the payment receipt saying that I got the money back. Also he asked his secretary to erase me from the system, and to go to an ophthalmologist. I 've called different ophthalmologist and they said the same you have to be referred by the optometris firsy, I dont know why that Doctor refused to check you.

They even fixed my sunglasses (which I didn't purchase from them ) at no cost.. Will continue to go back for all my eye related needs in the future..
