β β β β β This place is a little out of the way for me but can see this area being nice when its full. There was lot of parking and was easy to find. The store it was nice and clean. The food was good for fast food but definitely doesn't replace a nice restaurant. The guy serving us was nice.

β β β β β Welcoming restaurant with tons of options on the menu. The restaurant was clean and modern and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food came out timely and the food was delicious and good sized portions. My son said it was super tasty and he would definitely want to come back. Keep up the great work oodle noodle!

β β β β β What a disappointment. My first experience with Oodle Noodle and my last! I ordered a Combo box, green onion cakes and fried dumplings.
The combo box was so salty I had to google up how to make it unsalty as I didn't want to waste $27 of my money by throwing it out. The green onion cake was ok and the same with the fried dumplings. The only thing that saved the meal was the packet of sauce that came with it.

β β β β β The customer service was non-existent, you ask about a menu item and they grunt and point at the Menu. Slowest Fast Food restaurant in the west, I waited half an hour for my meal as they filled "Skip The Dishes" orders. Yeah they likely ordered first, but no one who ordered in person was served before skip the dishes or door dash styled services. The food itself was decent enough, once I got it.

β β β β β Very friendly staff and delicious food. I had a special noodle box which was always my go to dish ever since I had tried Oodle Noodle for the first time. And it still tasted as delicious as I remembered ?.

β β β β β Love these guys! The Chili Chicken is awesome! Same as the Beef Hot Box and the Butter Chicken!
Great lunches or dinners especially if you work in the area and need a quick bite that is a big step up from a drive through (you can usually call ahead and they'll have it ready in 15-20!)

β β β β β I ordered food from here via skip and my driver showed me photo proof that my food was resting and touching a rag on the counter. When my driver confronted the person at the counter they apparently said that they βdonβt careβ and packed it in with the order anyways. Shout out to my driver but very disgusted and disappointed with the lack of hygiene from this location.

Thank you for your response. Though I did hear of the interaction second hand- I did see the photo that my driver took which showed clear as day food resting and touching a cloth behind the counter. I personally appreciated the concern for my well-being that the driver exemplified. Also looking at the time that I had ordered and the time I received a notification that my driver was close was no more than 30 minutes (well within the estimated arrival time). To say this was revenge coming from the driver comes off a little conspiratorial- especially given the photographic proof.
I can appreciate you defending your employees but my concern was not how long the food took, but rather, how it was handled. I normally wouldnβt even make a negative review, let alone comment on it twice, but your reply left an additional bad taste in my mouth. If I might make a suggestion- in my years of customer service experience a simple apology and βwe will be looking into this and will deal with the situation appropriatelyβ normally suffices.

β β β β β It qould be nice if they told you the price when you make your order. I ordered 4 hot boxes and came out close to $60!!!!. I would have canceled knowing that. I get home and it only had 2 pieces of broccoli and 7 tiny pieces of chicken. The other dish had 1 piece of broccoli. For the price of this food it's not worth it at all. This will be my last time eatting here after this experience. I can't justify the price for all noodles
