Their service is prompt, they communicated with me very professionally & answered my questions in a timely manner. Pick up & delivery was included in the price _ the clean rugs came back in thick plastic bags, professionally tied & smelling wonderful. Thank you for a great service & experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a carpet cleaner. Brought 10 rugs for cleaning at their rug plant for my client. Picked them up rolled in plastic. Brought to client and was amazed, rugs looked like half of them weren’t even cleaned. Looked foolish in front of my customer. I steam cleaned the rugs myself, got much better results. Taking my business else where. Also I think most of these reviews are fake.
