K	Kathy Cornell-scotland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such a poorly run system. It is totally inefficient. You wait and wait then they adjourn the case. A case that should have taken a few months at the most took 1 1/2 years to settle.

Instead, I got a multi-layered maze of options leading to pre-recorded messages, busy signals and unanswered ring tones. Who has phone lines without voice mail these days? There must be a lot of empty offices with phones ringing, ringing, ringing, all day long during business hours, a sort of Kafkaesque symphony, an audio tribute to the poor lost souls at the end of each line
