My whole experience with Ontario Auto Group from the beginning was professional and enjoyable. Zak helped me and answered all my questions ranging from specifics on the vehicle to financing in a polite and friendly manner. After test driving a Ford Ranger on the lot, I knew I wanted it and the process to getting my new ride was easy and smooth. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we purchased a vehicle from Zak .. It had a few issues but small repairs which he said no problem he would take care of because of the warranty. So we returned it for the repairs after a week we pick it up to find most had not been fixed at all . We have since then tried contacting Zak many calls and have even emailed him ... Absolutely no reply no professionalism no accountability.. We have had to take it in and pay for these things out of pocket which we have informed him of. Still no response. So just beware
