Had to go through the rental tenancy board to get my damage deposit back because apparently I hadn't given sufficient notice. When I looked over the rental agreement that I had signed it was different than the one they were showing me. In the end it worked out but was very frustrating.

Dealing with onpoint is horrible. I could sing you a song about all the things that went wrong in the three years that i rented from them but i will give you only one advise. If you can stay away from them. Especially when you have a family.

Applied to try and rent form them. Took them over a week in just business days for our application to be processed and had to go there in person just for it to get denied because we had no current residence and were essentially homeless while me and my brother were airbnbing. So we were homeless and needed a home but couldn't get one because we were homeless. Thanks on point.

Awful company to rent from. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Had an obvious problem with an appliance and the person who came to fix it didn't find anything wrong so when we requested to have it fixed again as the problem was still happening... they threaten us if they didn't find anything wrong we would have to pay for it ourselves (pretty sure that's not allowed!) Trying to get security deposit from them after we moved out was painful. Had to file a complaint with the Residential Tenancies Branch! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I rented with them for two years, during my time, I had no issue with them what so ever. Whenever I needed service for repairs, they were very prompt to reply and got someone to take a look at it right away. They took care of all the request very professionally and try to solve any issue very fast as well. When moving out, the things went pretty smooth as well. As long as you follow their rules and regulations, they will refund the deposit as soon as you move out. I personally feel, if you are a good tenant and follow all the house rules and regulation, you will have no issues when you move out.

I'm not recommending onpoint at all ,thy Promise that they would pay ar last hydro bill when we moved out and they said that we could drop off the bill by there office, and we did that so a week later thy call me from Manitoba hydro saying that the hydro bill was overdue then I called onpoint and then they said that thy did have the hydro bill then I told them how come we drop the bill of then they said that they would look Tru there paperwork. So then a few days later I call again to the person I spoke treated me with a very bad attitude saying that they hadn't the bill and I told them again that we drop the bill off at there office and again they said with a ver bad attitude that thy hadn't the bill, so we had to pay the bill and also we didn't get or damage deposit that they also said that we would get it back.

We drove more than 300km to see a property weeks ago. The house was Ok and we decided to send an application. The lady who works at the office told us that usually they take 2 days to review the applications. 2 days later, nothing. We called there they said the application was being processed and that they would call us back within 2 days. Nobody never called us back. We called again and was told again to wait for a call because they were processing our application. I explained that I have a baby and I need some urgency. Today, one week later, I called back and they told me that someone else rented the house last week and if I want I should apply for another property. Why they didn't tell me someone else was already applying for this property? In that case I wouldn't spend gas/time. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know someone rented the house. Horrible services. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
