★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait almost an hour after my appointment to even get started. The staff was rude about my color choice which is really odd? Why do you even offer this if you want to make fun of your customer for choosing it?
She asked... “Why do you want us to put shellac on your toes but not on your hands? This is just...”*starts to laugh wildly*
Because that’s what I’m paying for??? What the hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the phone, they told me they were threading eyebrows. When arriving, the lady told me they only do wax. I went with it and she basically destroyed my eyebrows. I had furnished eyebrows she removed half of it, the head of the left one is missing 2cm. Anyways, that's a hard no.
