★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but definitely worth it! I would absolutely prefer OneZo over Formosa and Chatime any day—it's actually that tongue-worthy! And oh boy, I'd definitely be back again for more Brown Sugar Dirty bbts! To top it all off: since they just opened their first branch in Kelowna, they're giving 10% off for a limited time.
On a high note: it's a tiny yet stylish space that not only looks modern but also student friendly. I forgot to check if they had wall plugs but it was definitely a comfy and heart-warming space.
And for the icing on the cake: free parking spots by the location or, if you take the bus, it only takes 4-7 minutes to walk from the nearest bus stop.
Enough high notes—time for the rant now.
I really hate to say it but I gotta take 1 star off from my review due to poorly-trained, somewhat-unprofessional staffs who barely speak English. I don't normally take stars off for poor service but I gotta get this point across.
OneZo makes awesome bubble teas and decorates their interior well—all to be let down by their staffs. Keep my words: I'll be more than willing to edit the review to 5 stars once the staffing issue gets resolved.
EDIT (March 16, 2020): Changed from 4 to 5 stars. Thanks for the better customer experience through OneZo's staffs. Still not the best but it surpassed my expectations!

Drinks were good, but the lady taking our order was extremely rude, even the whole staff was unwelcoming. She was talking nicely to the other customers and to me it was awkward. I have long hair and long beard, It sounds discriminating to me. If I look like ‘Hagrid’ from Harry Potter, it doesn't mean someone at the counter will make me feel bad.
We visited at around 4 p.m. on 30 January 2021.
Unprofessional staff. We wouldn't come back.
The worst experience I've ever had in Kelowna.
