Our basement finishing project is complete: two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen, with the installation of our stone fireplace and mantel! The crew worked quickly but didn't sacrifice on quality whatsoever! Top notch work!! 100% would recommend!

It was extraordinarily stressful, and I tried to get it fixed and completed but it was an incredible uphill battle. I expressed my dissatisfaction multiple times, and have documented all of the issues such as unfinished drywall edges, poor mudding and taping jobs, drywall mud splattered across ceiling and floor, floor not properly installed, and more. It was an uphill battle and an argument to try to get these things fixed, and although a few of them was, the majority of issues weren’t fixed. I’ve since had contractors come through this space extremely shocked with the poor quality of work on this install. I hate leaving negative reviews, but as we’re now in the process of trying to sell this house, it’s become very clear that having On Track complete this renovation did not work in our favour. I hope no one else gets put in this position, which is the sole reason why I’m leaving this review. The owner, for the majority of the experience/until the end, was very pleasant to deal with, just the craftsmanship of his team at the time wasn’t at the standard to do the work they said they could do.

They were accommodating and did everything professionally and the quality of the work was very good. They also provide competitive pricing and understand clients needs and budget. If anyone is looking for renovations, I would highly recommend them.
