Unfortunately the employee told me the closing time was 5pm on the weekend its 4pm. The reason I'm writing this review is because when I got to the location and it was closed I texted on the companies social media page and the owner answered promptly. He arranged for me to drop my rented equipment and came of his day off to make me happy. Excellent understanding and fantastic service. Like I said 5 stars. On top of it their prices are very competitive and courteous staff members. Thank you Français Aurait 5 étoiles mais écoutez bien ça. Excellent service de prise en charge des outils loués, recommandations et compréhension de mon projet. Malheureusement, l'employé m'a dit que l'heure de fermeture était 17 heures, mais je mais le week-end il ferme à 16 heures. La raison pour laquelle j'écris cette critique est que lorsque je suis arrivé sur place à 17h et que le magasin étais fermé, j'ai envoyé un texto sur la page des médias sociaux de l'entreprise et le propriétaire a répondu rapidement. Il s'est arrangé pour que je dépose mon équipement loué et il est venu dans sa journée de congé pour me faire plaisir. Excellente compréhension et service fantastique. Comme je l'ai dit 5 étoiles. En plus de cela, leurs prix sont très compétitif et les membres du personnel très courtois. Je vous remercie encore équipe du TBR. Would have 5 stars but hear me out. Que ce soit pour la sertiseuse pour le PEX ou la mini retrocaveuse pour l'installation de ma tour de radio amateurs toujours de bon prix et un bon service avec le sourir. Since 2004 for all my tool rental needs this is where I go. Whether for the crimper for the PEX or the mini backhoe for the installation of my amateur radio tower always good price and good service with a smile.
