★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by my cousin to go see an osteo. A day after searching on google , I got to see Ann after some scheduling adjustments. Speaking of Ann, from first impression, she's great. You can sense the passion she has for her field and helping her patients. I learned a great deal from my visit.
Looking forward to my next visit to see how where I'm at physically and to get more advice and knowledge from Ann.
(Update) Since my previous review, On the Go Osteo has experienced a great deal of change(all positive). I've since been working with Cheryl and she's just as charming and easy to work with as Ann was when I first started coming in for adjustments/consultations. You get to know each other's (depending how often you come in) personality and it helps build and reinforce your trust with that person.
They've moved around the office to a more secluded section(along with a slight change of decor). Can't wait to see where things go from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ann is the ultimate professional osteopath. Not only is she knowledgeable and personable, but she really does want us (her clients) to be pain free...and she is available on the weekends too! On my first visit, she was able to quickly evaluate my file/condition from the information sent prior and therefore, started to treat me immediately (unlike a previous experience with another osteopath who took up to 5 visits before even doing so). I have a sciatica condition, which painfully affects both my left and right legs. Immediately after my first visit and into the next day, my left side was just about pain free. My right side will take some time, but I'm sure Ann will do all she can for me. Looking forward to my second visit in just a few days! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ann in January because I was feeling pain in my right leg and lower back. I saw a review that she specialized in sports injury. I injured myself doing yoga. I had never been to an osteo and didn't know what to expect. She was very thorough with the evaluation and treatment and I immediately felt great after the first visit. What I really liked is that she doesn't push for a follow-up visit unless it is necessary. She said in my case that if I mixed up the yoga with other types of exercises that I would naturally heal (she only recommended a follow-up visit if needed and she encourages you to communicate with her on your status). She was right and I feel great. She is a very kind and knowledgeable osteo plus her service is top notch!!! Thank you Ann for all your help!

I've had chronic migraines for years and stopped having them after a few sessions with Cheryl. It's almost like a dream, I never imagined my life without 3-4 migraines a week because I never thought it would be possible for me but Cheryl has worked wonders and helped me understand the source of the pain.
Seeing Cheryl is really like visiting a friend. She's so easy to talk to, warm/welcoming, and hilarious. I always have so many questions and she provides such informative answers. If she isn't sure then she always gets back to me with an answer. Very highly recommended!

I have been seeing Cheryl for the past year and she is simple amazing. She’s always happy to help and figure anything your body needs. I feel much better after every cession.

I personally see Cheryl and I can honestly say that she has helped me heal in ways I did not think was possible. She accesses my concerns from head to toe and makes sure i leave with the tools to also continue my own therapy at home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would recommend. Cheryl has been absolutely amazing in every interaction I've had with her. She really cares, and it makes all that much more of a difference. My first visit I had some reservations, just because I didn't know how it was going to go. She treated me, and I've never looked back since. She really makes you feel comfortable; like you've made a new lifelong friend. The second and third time I went was a month after, but have since been going back every two months or so for maintenance purposes. She, and her team at Osteo on The Go really know what they're doing, and how to ensure your body's alignment is where it should be.
