C	Call of duty kids on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Omni kitchen and in the store met Jasvir. No sense of customer service. Kept me waiting. I told him the project and he gave me inaccurate quote. I agreed to give him the project and asked him to send his people for measurements. Nobody showed up. I called Jasvir few times and left messages and no response. Stay away from Kmbi and Jasvir. Research before giving any projects. In the beginning they are good but later on once they have your money they change. Do your research always before giving your money.

All the customers were wearing masks, but out of the many employees there, not one was wearing a mask. Went to Nella down the street, where at least the majority of the employees were wearing them.

I felt like I had to chase him and bother him just to get someone to quote me on a countertop replacement, backsplash and sink. It was a small project so I think he wasn't interested. He told me to come into his showroom for selection. I went in and their selection in midrange was just two styles. I wanted to upgrade to a different type of quartz. Jasvir stayed in his office and didn't come out to greet me nor provide me any information. His receptionist advised he would get in touch with me later. I felt this was very unprofessional, rude and a complete waste of time. I come from a business background myself and was disappointed with the basic customer service this company lacks. Anyway I ended up going with H & R Baths, great selections, responsive, and competitive rates.
