Place was kept as tidy and clean as was possible considering the work involved. Met our expectations and finished to the highest quality. We have and will highly recommend Japjas Renovation to anyone needing any renovations work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Literally the worst 'company' I've ever come across. They took ages to start the work and it was very clear that they have ZERO training in construction. The people that this company had working also had ZERO experience in basic things like plumbing, electric and drywall. The owner was extremely rude, condescending and clearly had very minimal knowledge about renovations. We were asked to vacate the premises as there was construction going on everywhere - we came back to see that all of our small appliances (crockpot, blenders, mixers etc) had been stolen and apparently no one knew anything.
The owner was constantly avoiding our calls, and completely ruined the state of our house to the point where we now have leaks in our ceilings. The hardwood is cracked and uneven EVERYWHERE. The tiling was so bad that we had to hire a different company to come back and replace it months later.
Any of the positive reviews you see here are FAKE. The amount of headache, stress and financial strain this company caused us was immense. Do yourself a favour and stay away. And before I get a response from the owner saying "we didn't do your work"... Yes, you did.
