Prices are good. Cheap! Service is good. They are busy friday to sunday! One girl does perfect nails! Others are not my favorite. Owner does eye browse. The problem is they dont change the wax and the stick and it's dirty, horrible. She did my eye browse and I had a great infection after!!! They don't senatize the stuff that they work with. I had good and bad experiences! Salon is dirty.

Although staff is very friendly, the quality of work is not that great. My nail chipped as soon as I left the place. Often times the process was painful because she was filing my skin! The place was not as clean as others I have gone to.

I love going here they take their time with your nails I am on my way there right now actually to get my nails done for my birthday which is tomorrow!! My mom and I love it here and I don't think I'll ever stop going I will definitely tell people about it! My only complaint which led to the 4 stars is I asked one of the ladies if she could do a specific style on my nails she said yes come back tomorrow and did something completely different and said it will look better

The owner is very relax person. If she wants she will talk give extra care but if she doesn’t want only says ‘ oooo I don’t want to do eyebrow’ without any reason and after appointment!! I went to there 2 times bc of my appointment she gave me on the phone. I believe she did not want to take me bc she found it easy and cheap. No respect and very dirty place. It was smell bad and I told her but nothing has changed. If you guys looking for reviews, find better place and work with responsible, accountable person. Thank you.

I've been going her efforts 10 years. Place is clean. I have never acquired an infection nor has that been a concern. Vietnamese owned and operated. Friendly owner, she is very popular with the eyebrow waxing. I love their pedicures. One of the only places capable of removing my ingrown properly and its painless. Owner and sister are very good a nails designs. Reasonable prices and no credit cards cash or debit just as a head up!!

Firstly, I was supposed to go down the street to another nail salon but didn’t want to walk back down so, poor decision making on my part. Secondly, this was my first time with this salon, so I gave them the benefit of doubt after reading the comments. I told them I wanted shellac nails and decided to throw in a manicure as well. Now, I’m an immigrant, with strong nails and cuticles, but somehow the water here slowly but steadily started making my nails chip as soon as they grow out of the nail bed. I was dreading the removal of my old nail polish (just regular, self applied, no UV), and buffing already. I had very crusty and dead skin around my nails and I knew it would hurt a bit when the cuticles she’s going to cut the cuticle. Not only did she not push the cuticles before she trimmed them, but she cut my skin. I’d like to add that the tools didn’t seem sanitized, neither did I see her sanitize her hands, didn’t wear gloves, and didn’t bother with a fresh towel. Getting back to the skin, both my ring fingers started oozing blood. Now I’m a pharmacist and I know my clotting time, I didn’t even flinch at the blood. But, she didn’t even bother with cotton to blot the blood. Instead she tore a paper towel off the dispenser, placing that on an already dirty table, and tearing it to pieces pouring rubbing alcohol on it, and wiping the blood off; it was not only not safe, I was literally concerned for infection, and she was going on with the wiping and casually putting the blood soaked paper on the table, and putting it back to the blood when it oozed. GROSS, is an understatement. She didn’t give time for it to stop bleeding. Not at all, she was going at it with the base coat, it didn’t stop bleeding, first layer of paint, didn’t stop bleeding, second layer of paint, didn’t stop bleeding. She would’ve painted the nail with blood stuck to it had I not stopped her. And she had the audacity to say she has had many clients like this and it won’t infect. So, 9 of my nails are done, at the end of which my left ring finger nail was still bleeding, and I put up with it. But I wouldn’t listen when she said she was gonna avoid touching the bloody part and continue painting around the nail. I wasn’t going to take it. So I waited 15 min and it still didn’t stop bleeding, not oozing profusely but still bleeding nonetheless. I was fed up and they were all talking in their own language, which is their choice, but another lady comes up and says oh we’ll put some tape on the blood and paint it. I was literally dumbfounded. She left the table handing me a piece of paper towel to blot my blood with. After what seemed like forever, I was still bleeding, other lady comes and starts painting the nail, still bleeding I wiped off the blood between layers cuz I was done at this point and needed to get out of there. Once the top layer was done she left me at the counter and vanished. I asked someone else for something to sanitize the wound with, and she handed me the same rubbing alcohol, and now that it was in my hand, I could see and feel the dirt on the bottle. I pushed the gross feeling aside and carried on with the paper towel and dirty rubbing alcohol. At this point I was only waiting to get out, and I’m sure they were too. I asked for a bandaid, one lady placed it in front of me and vanished. I paid in full, didn’t even bother asking for discount for the damage. The best part is, throughout the whole process of me tending to my own wound inflicted by the manicurist, not one person apologized. Not one! An apology would’ve been nice.
